Skyline, bay and ocean
A Miami wedding can look like a lot of different places. Hotels and rooftops with the city behind you, gardens and old estates on Biscayne Bay, and on Key Biscayne, palm trees and open beach with the skyline across the water.
Each of those calls for a different plan. Rooms in the city are often lit low and mixed, so we bring our own light and color grade every shot to match. Outside, we time the portraits for the softer light late in the day, when the bay and the skyline turn warm.

Coming down from the Treasure Coast
Our studio is in Port St. Lucie. For a wedding in Miami or on Key Biscayne we plan the travel into the schedule, so the crew is in place and set up well before the day starts. We go through the timeline with you or your planner ahead of time.
Our founder, Ernesto Perez, is a director of photography who started in TV news at WPBF 25, and his cinematography won a Gold People's Telly. He plans each wedding the way he would plan a shoot, so the moments that only happen once are in the film.

Wedding video questions in Miami
- Do you film weddings in Miami?
- Yes. ConnectArt Media is based in Port St. Lucie on the Treasure Coast, and we travel to Miami and Key Biscayne for weddings. The same crew that films our weddings closer to home comes down, with two videographers and two photographers on every photo and film package.
- Is there a travel fee for a Miami wedding?
- Travel for a wedding outside the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County is quoted with your package, because it depends on the date, the venue and how long the day runs. Send us your date and venue and we will put the full price in writing before you book.
- Can you film a wedding on Key Biscayne?
- Yes. Key Biscayne has the ocean on one side and the bay and the Miami skyline on the other, so the light changes a lot over the day. We plan the ceremony and the portraits around the sun, and record the vows on their own clean audio so the wind does not cover them.
- What do we get from a wedding film?
- Depending on the package, a full length film of the day with the ceremony and speeches complete, a highlight film cut to music that you can share, clean audio of the vows and the speeches, and drone footage when the venue and local rules allow it. Photo and film together, or photo only.
