Indian River County is the north end of the Treasure Coast for us. Most of what we film here is in and around Vero Beach, the county seat: weddings on the barrier island, and companies on the mainland that care about precision.

The county is laid out in strips. The barrier island runs along the ocean, the Indian River Lagoon sits in between, and the mainland holds the airport, the old citrus groves and most of the companies. Each one asks for a different plan on a shoot day.
On the island it is mostly weddings, and the light is the whole plan. On the mainland it is companies that have been doing careful work for a long time and want a film that shows it plainly.

Indian River FAQ
- Do you come up to Indian River County?
- Yes. Vero Beach is up I-95 or US 1 from our studio in Port St. Lucie. For a company shoot, one longer day on site can cover the film, the photos and the interviews. For a wedding, we go over the timeline with you and your planner ahead of time.
- When is the best light for a wedding on the barrier island?
- On the island the ceremony usually faces the ocean, to the east, but the sun sets on the other side, over the lagoon. So we time the ceremony for soft light and save a few minutes at the end of the day for portraits facing west.
- What do you make for companies in Indian River County?
- Brand films, 3D product renders, photos and websites. Vero Beach has built airplanes at its airport for decades, and the name Indian River still means citrus to a lot of people, so the companies here tend to want films that show the work without hype.
