Officer safety technology
StopAmbush
One 12 hour day, from night to daylight, for a product nobody buys off a spec sheet.

The main film, founder Vasily Schuberger on why he built it
The idea
StopAmbush makes an alert system for patrol cars. Two sensor pods on the roof watch all the way around the car, and a small display under the sun visor lights a red arrow toward anyone who comes within 25 feet. It was built for the officer with their head down in the laptop.
Nobody buys that from a spec sheet. They buy it when they picture the moment it is for. So the ads show that moment, a deputy alone in her car at night and someone coming up behind her, and the main film lets Vasily explain why he built it.
We shot it all in one day on RED. It started before sunrise with the night scenes, moved through smoke, wind and rain, and finished in daylight with the drone and the interview.
What we made
- The main film, Vasily in his own words, cut with the product at work.
- Three short ads from the same day: the night ambush, an officer on patrol in daylight, and the product alone in the studio.
- Product photos and drone aerials from the same day.
- A vertical version of the main film for social.
- Client
- StopAmbush
- What we made
- Brand film, Product ads, Photography, Drone
From the same day
Short ads cut from the same shoot, each one for a different place it runs.
